The three main types of club drugs are gamma hydroxybutyrate (GHB), Rohypnol, ketamine and MDMA, also known as ecstasy.

GHB

Gamma Hydroxy Butyrate, or GHB, is a dangerous drug is made up of a degreasing solvent normally used to strip floors mixed with drain cleaner. It works as a depressant on the central nervous system and can cause both euphoria and intoxication, but at a dangerous price.

A huge number of drug-related comas both in the United States and other countries have been caused by an overdose of GHB. Take GHB with alcohol and you’ll likely suffer from nausea and have trouble breathing. Sexual predators like to slip GHB to their victims before assaulting them.
