RohypnolRohypnol was created to treat insomnia but has been banned for use in the United States. Abuse of this drug will cause partial amnesia, making it another favorite with sexual predators. Young people like to take it for the high level of intoxication it causes.Street names for Rohypnol include Circles, Date rape drug, Forget me drug, Getting roached, Rophies and Wolfies, among others. Both GHB and Rohypnol are available in odorless, colorless and tasteless forms that can be slipped into beverages. KetamineThis drug is used in both human and veterinary medicine and can make the user feel detached from his or her own physical body. The drug can also cause hallucinations. The person taking Ketamine will act drunk and may have trouble remember who he or she is.Street names for Ketamine include Special K, K or Ket. Because taking Ketamine will put its user in a frozen state, at least temporarily, it can lead to sexual assault. Ketamine is either injected into the muscle or snorted. EcstasyEcstasy is another dangerous drug that distorts both perception of time and sense of touch. It also chemically alters your brain, affecting your appetite, your mood and your ability to sleep.
